New Products

: Most products are handmade created by me and my team.  We strive to use the best quality products and sell the best of our products, but imperfections due happen.  

• All Sales are Final. Please review our Return and Refund Policy.

• All our products are packaged with care instructions.  We are not responsible if you do not follow these instructions.  

• We love to make Custom made items, such as our Tumblers, drinkware, and apparel but we will NOT make anything that is  commercial printed or copyrighted! Such as but not Limited to any major league sports teams, Disney, any copyrighted images or products and so forth! (this includes another artists work)  If you send me an image to be printed we will research the image and let you know whether or not it can be printed.  

• On our Social Media we will not tolerate any of the following behavior like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. We love that  you follow us but we will band you if we feel any of these behaviors apply to you!

• My Products are not for resale.  You can contact me if you want to learn about the business and how I make things, I will be more then happy to teach you, but these are MY own products that I have made by hand because I love what I do. I am selling to you and I will lose business if you resale. NOT COOL!

• There is a 7-14 day turn around time on custom made products. All other products on the website that are for sale or ready to ship.  If you see something on the  website or social media that you would like to buy that has already sold, please email us and we  will let  you know if there are more on hand ready to ship. If I do not have the product I will post on my social media accounts when they are in stock again.  If it something that you are interested in buying but I do not have I will gladly discuss options with you.

• Please keep in mind that when ordering multiples they may not look all the same.  We strive to keep them as close as possible.  For example if there is a wreath listed and I only have 1 in stock but you would like to order one of the same, it may be different in variation, It could be the center, or the ribbon, or the bow,  but I strive to make it as close as possible.  Same goes for all of our other products.  Crafting is an art form, and every art form is unique in their own way. So please keep that in mind.

I love creating for you. It is my passion, but I ask that you follow these terms and conditions. We are not responsible if you deviate from them. They are here for a reason so please respect them!
